Phase 1: DISCOVERY

During DISCOVERY, we focus on position specifications, key criteria, internal and external documents, and search timeline.

Phase 2: RESEARCH AND CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION

During Phase 2, we develop a search strategy and plan of action that reaches out to broad and diverse groups of individuals, identifying qualified candidates by analyzing market conditions and tapping our local, regional and national resources.

Phase 3: CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION

Candidate qualification involves thorough interviewing, progress meetings, and selection of a "short list" of candidates.

Phase 4: SELECTION

SELECTION includes candidate interviews, consensus-building, and identification of the candidate most likely to succeed in the position.
